To purchase a Domain Name, you need to use our Domain Name Search Facility. This will present you with a list of available Domain Names, just select the one you wish to purchase and add it to your Hosting Cart.

You will then be given the oppertunity to purchase one of our Hosting packages with your Domain, just select the Hosting Package that you require and add this to your Hosting Cart. If no Hosting is required move on to the checkout stages.

You will then be asked to login to your account, if you have no account just set one up and then proceed to make your payment.

Once payment is recieved and your order has been processed we will contact you to let you know when your new Domain Name is live.

You can register the domain types:
.com .net .org .info .biz .name .tv .cc .co.uk .me.uk
.org.uk .uk.com .uk.net .gb.com .gb.net .eu.com

Domain Names have a variety of basic rules:

• Use only letters, numbers, or hyphen ("-").
• Cannot begin or end with a hyphen.
• .com, .net, .org and .info domain names cannot exceed 67 characters total.
• .info and .biz must have at least 3 characters not including .info or .biz.
• Other domain names cannot exceed 22 characters, not including the extension.
• Domain names are not case sensitive.
• Domain names cannot include spaces

Although a Domain Name may have expired, it is not immediately available for registration by someone else. Depending on the registrar, they may keep hold of the Domain Name for several months before they release for resale.

Yes! But unfortunatly your order will not be processed untill we recieve your payment. Once we have recieved your payment your Domain Name will be set-up and you will be notified when it goes live.

We cannot hold Domain Names untill payment is recieved and your choice may be lost if someone else registers the name during this time.

Login to the ImageCreation.co.uk Client Login and select My Products you will be presented with a list of all your products, just click on the renew link to the right then navigate to the checkout.

Choose from our range of payment options and make your payment, we will then contact you to let you know that your renewal has taken place.

You will be sent reminder e-mails at regular intervals to let you know when your services are due to expire.

You may only want a couple of users@yourdomain.com to be legitimate email addresses so you would set up a catch-all e-mail to forward any unknownuser@yourdomain.com to another place.

This is very helpful in reducing the amount of unsolicited emails your Domain Name users may receive.

If for example you have created your Website on some free space provided by your ISP, the URL to your homepage may be www.yourisp.com/homepages/~user - this is a long and "unfriendly" URL to give out to people.

You could purchase a Domain Name e.g. yourdomain.com and use that instead. With Website Forwarding, anyone going to www.yourdomain.com would be automatically redirected to www.yourisp.com/homepages/~user. This is a transparent process and it does not alter your HTML code at all.

Yes! but POP3 e-mail is only available with your Domain Name if you have purchased a Hosting account. If you do not have a hosting account you will have to forward to your e-mail account with your ISP.

To purchase a hosting account only you need to navigate to our Domain Name Search Page. At the top of the page you will see a link for ordering Hosting and Extra Services Only. Click this link and select the hosting account that you require and add to your hosting cart.

Select any extras that you need with your account and then proceed on to the checkout.

You will then be asked to login to your account, if you have no account just set one up and then proceed to make your payment.

Once payment has been recived we will set-up your hosting account and inform you when it goes live.
